Your focus is on coordination, behaviour support, team leadership and pupil engagement — all within a balanced 8am–4:30pm, term‑time structure offering a minimum of 11 weeks holiday per year. This is an ideal next step for individuals with experience in teaching, behaviour support, youth work or pastoral leadership who want to make impact without the out-of-hours workload of traditional classroom roles.
