Testimonials

As the Purple Growth & Account Executive, I oversee all areas of account management, marketing and sales for Purple, our data and impact analysis platform at Think for the Future. My role involves supporting our existing partners, driving growth, leading on customer communication and ensuring Purple continues to meet the evolving needs of schools and organisations working with young people.

I love the variety the role brings. One day I might be showcasing new Purple developments to our current customers, the next I’ll be meeting with a new educational organisation, and the next I’ll be working with the Purple team to shape future features. I also enjoy the creative side of the role, such as developing resources and materials for our marketing campaigns. No two days are the same, and that keeps the role exciting and rewarding.

The culture is genuinely one of the best I have ever experienced. Everyone is incredibly supportive, regardless of role or team, and there’s a real sense of collective purpose. We work hard and have high standards, yet we also make space for fun, connection and celebrating success. It is a brilliant environment to grow, collaborate and feel part of something meaningful.

Billie

My main responsibilities are Recruiting new Mentors, Deputy Managers and Centre Managers. In addition to this I work on wider recruitment strategies such as outreach work with Universities and other organisations and partnership work such as attending the careers fairs of our partner schools to help guide young people into their early career.

I enjoy my role at TFTF because it allows me to make a real impact by building teams that drive positive change, while using my skills in relationship-building and strategy to help the organisation grow.

The best things about working at Think for the Future are the incredible team and the feeling that you are making a real, positive difference every day. The organisation genuinely prioritises staff welfare and fosters a supportive environment (and having two delightful office dogs is a definite highlight!).

Sales & Growth Lead

I work with the recruitment team to oversee the candidate’s journey from initial application to commencement of employment ensuring it is an efficient and compliant process. This includes screening candidates to identify top-tier recruits and onboarding candidates in line with safer recruitment practices. It is my team’s role to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s mission by finding mentors to equip young people with the skills they need to overcome social and emotional barriers to learning. I enjoy finding mentors who will positively contribute to the organisations mission. The best thing about working at TFTF is the company culture. The main responsibilities as an operations manager is to work heavily with the delivery staff and schools to ensure that the provision is showcasing the most impact and value for money. This could be quality assuring staff members, having review meetings with lead contacts at our partnered schools or offering welfare support to the wider team.
I enjoy being an Operations Manager as I have the ability to see a wide range of students benefit from accessing the provision. I also have the opportunity to watch our mentors flourish in creativity as their tailor their work to the students they have in front of them.
The best thing about working for Think for the Future is working with like-minded people to change the lives of young people. Having the opportunity to engage and challenge the adults just as much as the students keeps everyday fresh and enjoyable!
