Behaviour and Inclusion Mentors

As a Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor, you will work within one of our three provisions, delivering our social and emotional resilience curriculum to support students to overcome barriers to learning. You will run both group and one-to-one sessions that reduce poor behaviour, build positive attitudes and develop key life skills. Collaborating with schools and the Think for the Future team, you will tailor programmes that fit each setting and create clear, measurable and data-drive impact.

Inclusion Centre Deputy Managers

Our Inclusion Provision delivers a fully managed learning environment within mainstream partner schools for pupils at high risk of exclusion. The Inclusion Centre Deputy plays a vital role in daily operations, supporting the Centre Manager to ensure the centre runs efficiently each day. You will help uphold a positive learning environment, offer guidance to mentors and embed strong practices that align with school expectations while contributing to high-quality provision standards.

Inclusion Centre Managers

The Inclusion Centre Manager leads an Inclusion Provision in one of our partner schools and oversees daily operations, strong relationships and clear impact. You will establish a structured and supportive environment that helps high-risk students re-engage with learning. The role involves managing the centre team, setting expectations and maintaining effective routines. You will also build productive links with school staff and monitor outcomes to support continuous development.
